God loves miracles and, since we love God, we should love miracles too. God uses miracles to disturb our present and grant us a better future.
Sometimes God has to blow our minds to open our hearts. Nothing is better at blowing our minds than a miracle.
We’ve just seen another wonderful “miracle-first” in our ministry. In the Seattle area, at the Northwest Awakening, the church building where we are holding revival services was, as Acts 4:31 says, “shaken.” I’ve heard of it, I’ve read about it, but this is the first time I’ve been in a service where it happened. Several people testified that the shaking began at the front of the building and then moved towards the back. One man, sitting in the back of the building, ran out to the street to see if a large truck had driven by or if there was someone outside with a jack-hammer. At first, the audio-technicians in the service thought it was some type of feed-back loop in the bass amplifiers, but then they realized it wasn’t that at all—it was the power of the Holy Spirit.
We are seeing many things happening that seem like Bible stories straight from the book of Acts. In one service, the strongest fragrance of roses filled the room. Where I was standing, the fragrance was so strong, it smelled like I was standing in the middle of a flower shop. The sense of God’s holiness was so tangible that we were all left in speechless adoration.
In other services, physical rain is falling. The drummer in one service said the top of his snare drum filled about half way up with rain and that it would splash up about one foot while he was playing the drums. Not only are people witnessing rain falling, but people are testifying to physical wind blowing, seeing fire, flashes and balls of light, angels, and the shekinah glory cloud.
Words of knowledge and prophetic words are flowing powerfully and accurately, including names and specific details about peoples lives.
In one service, one woman received eight different words of knowledge:
- Jerry (her dad’s name).
- Ann (her middle name).
- Mitchell and Smith (her aunt’s maiden names).
- 62617 (her childhood address).
- Mosaic (a type of large window in that home).
- Kidney (the disease her father passed from at that address).
- A word that she had suffered with acid reflux for 13 years.
- The name of the gastroenterologist that treated her (Dr. Phil).
We’ve seen this before, but it started to increase in our ministry after Michelle and I attended a conference where a prophet called us out of the crowd by our first and middle names. The prophet also knew Michelle’s dad’s name, his street name, his housing subdivision, and that he’d recently passed away and what his age was at passing. He also knew that we had attended Rhema Bible Training College and told us many accurate things that no search engine could ever know.
The Kingdom of God is Not in Rhetoric
Many people are being healed of all kinds of sickness, injury, and disease. For example, we’ve seen legs and arms grow out from being short due to alignment problems, injuries (even from bone being removed – this would be a creative miracle) or growth imbalances, deaf ears have opened, impaired vision has been healed, thyroid problems have been healed, supernatural weight-loss has been received, growths and tumors of all kinds have shrunk or disappeared, one man testified of his cancer being healed while watching online, auto-immune disease has been healed, etc. There are just too many for me to list in this letter.
The altars are routinely filled with people seeking God. People are being powerfully filled and then overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit. Many fall while weeping, shaking, or laughing with holy laughter.
Why is all this happening? I’m convinced that in this hour God is moving—demonstrating by the power of the Holy Spirit that the kingdom of God is at hand. These are signs that the kingdom of God is actively present now and that the kingdom of God, in it’s final stage of fulfillment, is quickly approaching. All of this is only going to increase. It’s time.
Is your wineskin ready for the new wine that God is sending? Is your lamp being filled with oil for the bridegroom’s appearing? Is your heart surrendered fully to Jesus for this outpouring?
Please keep us in your prayers. In just one week, we’ll be back in the Seattle area again for more of the Northwest Awakening, then straight to Alaska again (third time in a year), and then, after a two-day break, we’ll be off to Israel.
Until next time, may you have more kingdom reality, the joy-life of fellowshipping in the family of God, and “MAS FUEGO!” (MORE FIRE!”)
Your Apostolic Revivalists & Equippers,
Nathanael & Michelle Wolf
